Scaffold came down yesterday, staircase and floors in next week and apparently all full steam ahead from here.. Can't wait 

Internal and External sheeting

Starting to take shape now.. Internal sheeting is almost done next is flooring and staircase.  Also painting externally is about to start.  Hopefully 8 weeks to go...

Roof and Framing done

It has been a while since I have updated. Finally the scaffold is all down and now we can see the house, the top floor out to the pool.  Electrical and plumbing starts later this week...

Framing started

It has been a few weeks but today and only after a few hours it looks like one of the floors is all framed up.

Retaining Walls

Work on the retaining walls has started which will hopefully be completed next week
